NOTICE OF A
CONSENT USE APPLICATION IN
TERMS OF CLAUSE 16
OF THE TSHWANE
TOWN PLANNING SCHEME, 2008 (REVISED 2014)
We, Teb Mod Consulting, being the authorised agent of the Sisu Somhambi Electrical Construction, hereby give notice in terms of Clause 16(2) of the Tshwane Town Planning Scheme, 2008 (Revised 2014), that we have applied to the City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality, for the Consent use for a "Lodge and ancillary uses".
The property is situated at Portion 54 of the farm Nooitgedacht 525 JR.
The current zoning of the property is "Undetermined" in terms of Tshwane Town Planning Scheme, 2008 (Revised 2014).
The intention of the applicant is to obtain land use rights to utilize the property for a "Lodge and ancillary uses".
Any objection and / or comments including the grounds for such objection(s) and / or comments with full contact details, without which the Municipality cannot correspond with the person or body submitting the objection(s) and / or comments, shall be lodged with, or made in writing to: The Strategic Executive Director: City Planning and Development, PO Box 3242, Pretoria, 0001, or to: CityP_Registration@tshwane.gov.za.
Publication dates: 14 and 21 February 2018.
Full p articulars and plans (if any) may be inspected during normal office hours at the Municipal Offices as set out below, for a period of 28 days from the date of fist publication of the notice in the Provincial Gazette.
